Neil is an aviation security expert, with more than 17 years of experience driving successes in challenging and high-profile environments. He's held leadership, operational, project, risk, resilience, compliance and capacity-building positions within the Middle East, Australia, South-East Asia, and the Pacific. His roles have included Government Security Advisor, Regulator and Senior Executive, designing aviation security policy frameworks and delivering security strategies for government agencies, airports and airlines. Highly-regarded both by his clients and throughout the industry, Neil's received awards and recognition for his expertise and successes in numerous aviation security projects. His credentials include Accredited International Civil Aviation Organisation Aviation Security Professional Manager (AVSEC PMC) and he holds a Master’s degree in Terrorism, Safety and Security in addition to several industry qualifications and certifications.
