Richard Siegwald is Director of our new offering to support the development of sales distribution channels for tech builders, LAM LHA Black. Previously, Richard was the Global Business Development Director for Aviation Solutions for Smiths Detection, one of the largest aviation security technology providers globally. Prior to Smiths, Richard was the International Global Director for Sales and Channel Management for Safran and EMEA Sales Director for GE Homeland Protection. He has 25+ years of executive level experience in our awesome sector.
Taite oversees business operations here at LAM LHA, so in some ways she's like our master of air traffic control. Taite manages projects and relationships and drives initiatives to the finish line, with 20+ years of experience in government and government relations, international business, marketing and communications, large-scale event production, and client success.
A consultant in our Paris office, Rose supports a diverse group of clients in the areas of seamless travel, security, and sustainability. Prior to joining LAM LHA, Rose coordinated activities for the Security Screening and Technologies Working Group of the European Organization for Security (EOS) in Brussels. This experience provided her with an in-depth understanding of key drivers and priorities across industry stakeholders in the aviation and urban security domains.
Valentine manages support activities including business capture, contracting, invoicing, and the development of effective business processes from our office in Paris. Prior to joining LAM LHA, Valentine spent 15 years in international logistics in North America, Southern Europe, and Asia. She has also managed support activities for complex organizations like Michelin in Paris and the French Embassy in Singapore.
Dr. Lareau was the Chief Scientist and Applied Research Division Director at the Transportation Security Laboratory, DHS S&T. His expertise includes explosives and illicit drug detection RDT&E, as well as general analytical chemistry in the greater CBRNE detection areas. He has also worked with US multiagency and international experts on a variety of detection programs.
Tom is a career intelligence and security executive, with more than 30 years in national security, intelligence, and homeland defense. Tom retired from federal service in 2022, the last dozen years as a member of the Senior Executive Service. When serving in the Department of Defense, Transportation, and Homeland Security, Tom played a leading role managing, procuring, and modernizing many of the systems used today to secure our nation’s border and transportation systems against a range of evolving threats.
A proven and successful leader, Craig is highly skilled and experienced in diplomacy, international aviation, executive leadership, and global transportation security. After 25 years with the Federal Aviation Administration at the Department of Transportation and then the Transportation Security Administration at the Department of Homeland Security, including three overseas assignments, several executive and leadership roles, Craig recently retired from federal service. He is now rocking the private sector here at LAM LHA.
Guillaume is passionate about the power of imagination, building bridges between ideas and people to make a difference. With more than a decade of experience in international relations, political risk analysis, and public affairs, Guillaume operates at the intersection of security, innovation, and politics. His expertise in multi-stakeholder engagement and in strategic foresight, as well as his extensive knowledge of the EU, US and French policy landscapes, allows him to help industry and regulators navigate trends with success.
Neil is an aviation security expert, with more than 17 years of experience driving successes in challenging and high-profile environments. He's held leadership, operational, project, risk, resilience, compliance, and capacity-building positions in the Middle East, Australia, South-East Asia, and the Pacific. Highly-regarded both by his clients and throughout the industry, Neil has received awards and recognition for his expertise and successes in numerous aviation security projects.
