Holmes’ efforts to create a snapshot of quality across airlines is admirable. Over time, the app is sure to help consumers make more informed decisions about which carrier they choose to fly. Similarly, it will help airlines improve their service levels. Cross-pollination opportunity for the aviation security community? We think yes!
What if travelers could rate their experience at the checkpoint and/or at the border through a common platform? This information could prove incredibly valuable to airport or government security operators, a community quite focused on passenger experience these days. Here’s hoping Fllike will add it to their rating system.
